The company was set up by 2 British Army officers who share wide operational experience together with a solid grounding in leading edge process methodology used by blue chip companies, creating a fusion of industry best practice and structured problem solving that is unique in the workplace.
Our trainers all benefit from years of formal training in military establishments (including training officers at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst) and are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
